Music occupies a central place in the life of St. Edward’s. It is woven tightly into the fabric of our liturgy, which lies at the heart of what we do and who we are as a parish of the Episcopal Church. By making music together in the liturgy, we strengthen the bonds of our parish family and join the celestial song that echoes throughout creation.
St. Edward’s Choir
The St. Edward’s Choir is made up of volunteer members and provides musical leadership for the worship service. The choir sings at most Sunday morning and Holy Day liturgies. Choristers commit to attend rehearsals on Sunday mornings at 9:15 am to warm up before the service as well as rehearsal after the 10:00 am Eucharist. Though the choir is a skilled group of singers, it is also a safe, welcoming place for learning and receives new members at any time of the year.
